1st timer! Always drive past, always so busy. Today only had a few cars in line. Decided to stop, and now I see what all the hype is about! I love me some wings and they delivered! I love the fries, pickles, and peppers with a slice of bread that it comes with as well. I got The macaroni and cheese I was a little worried when I saw it, but man does it deliver some good flavor. I placed an order for 20 wing's, gave them my name, and then went outside to wait for my name to get called. A few minutes later, the tall dude with dreads (who I believe is a manager as well) brought an order strait to me and said that they had been calling my name. It wasn’t until I got all of the way home in West Arlington that I realized they made a mistake. I spent $50 for 20 wings and got home with only 7 pieces of chicken that weren’t wings at all. THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION IN THE FRANCHISE!!! All of these employees need to be FIRED immediately, they are rude, disrespectful and disregarding of the company and the customers. They NEVER put seasoning on the chicken, don't even ask if you want it and then they put your pickles and peppers on top of the bread...WTH??!! PLZ go to Cedar Hill or Lancaster but NOT DESOTO...Louisiana fried chicken is also 1 mile away - GO THERE!! Lastly, we had to wait 15 mins for 6 tenders, ridiculous!! **I'm praying a food inspector show up and shut this place down today!!**

This is one of the worst chicken places anyone could go too in all of the DFW area. If anyone knows someone that works for the health department. Please tell them to put this Henderson Chicken on the list to inspect. We got some livers and they were burnt and nasty. The fries looked old and hard. When I squeezed the pepper it was bubbly suds that came out. CLOSE THEM DOWN!
