Hello everyone I want to let you All know that there is a young gentleman that works here by the name of Felipe. He has world class customer service. I am very tired and he was very nice and patient had a smile when I walked in and he was busy working and he acknowledged me and states I’ll be right with you. I had said I wasn’t going to come back to this location because Olathe older lady is always rude. But I’m glad he was here today. Thank you Subway for hiring such a pleasant young man. He is awesome.

The worst customer service in Desoto Texas these folks need to leave our community. I stop by last to make a purchase I walked in for two minutes they didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I said hello they asked if I had a problem. I said I like to be acknowledge when I walk into some store spending my money. He said he didn't have to speak to me. I told I dont have spend my money in his store. Thats not the first time I felt disrespected in his Subway. But it is my last time.
