Went through drive thru and it was ridiculous. Gave my name, told to go to second window. Had a few cars in front of me. Got to window and gave my name again. Waited and waited a good 10 mins just for them to ask my name again and then was told to move around to the front and they would bring it out. Waited about 5 mins there before going inside. Still waiting on food. Took another good 5 mins or so to get my food which was missing 1 item. Had to wait even longer for the item since they did not prepare it. Went to the store drive there and spent about 20 dollars. I can not ingest Sour cream and told the person taking my order twice. I get home and all food has sour cream. Attempted to call store picked today to hold never returned. Might as well taken money threw it straight to the trash. Told them so many times....that I'm sure it was not on purpose.

Stood waiting for 20mins an no one came to take my order…my kids really wanted tacos so I decided to wait another 15mins before the Hispanic dude seen me an told someone…the young black girl was on her phone sitting down in the dining area…wow!!! We left! Never again!
