Visiting on a Sunday afternoon and had some of the BEST service by an amazing bartender Ken! Every seat at the bar was full, but it didn’t feel like it because Ken was very attentive and was handling everything with great professionalism. I never had to wait on refills or follow up on how my meal went…seemed like the perfect amount of attention. I was there the previous day and the bartender and the female server/bar wrench were so overwhelmed by the 1 4 top and 4 people at the bar I literally timed myself sitting there and it was over 20 minutes before she acknowledged me. Ate here during the Grand Prix 2025. Tried a Vosa drink for the first time and the burger & fries were good. They had my order for the burger backwards. I wanted grilled onions and NO tomatoes. I’ve been coming here for years, always a great atmosphere always good food. For whatever reason this time there was a bartender I haven’t recognized before. She hard darker hair and a mask on.. very very slow, wasn’t able to take care of everyone at the bar (there with 4 of us sitting at the bar with no one on any other side) very disappointing. The food was great as always but the service has definitely dropped. Unfortunately to the point where I have to go online to complain about it. Hopefully next time if I come back she will not be working!!
