Hands down one of the worst restaurants I’ve experienced since before COVID. Took forever for someone to come to the table even though they weren’t busy. Waitress was not pleasant at all. Actually overheard her and another waitress arguing about who had to take the next table. Food came before the drinks. Food was cold. Butter for waffle was frozen. Milk was warm and just in a plastic jug. Another couple sat while we were there and left after 10 minutes because no one even came to check on them. Avoid this place at all costs. A classic American breakfast at an affordable price, with fast service, comfortable seating, and friendly staff. This is the only IHOP restaurant in downtown Detroit. It's easy to get here; it can be a bit busy, but that doesn't detract from the experience. There is also a People Mover stop in the building, so you can arrive quickly.
