This is my first time ordering & eating here. The food was delicious. I ordered a wing/tip dinner. The cashier told me the prices that are posted on the screen “are not right & are subject to change.” That’s something you should have posted, but it wasn’t. So she charged me more than what was posted + added a fee for using my card. The sauce has that Chicago flavoring that can’t be done anywhere but Chicago (amazing). The wings have tenderism, the tips are good but I would have liked them just as tender as the wings. If I wasn’t overcharge they could have gotten a 5. The wait time was exceptio

I wasn't happy with my food this time. The bbq sauce was off. I also noticed that I paid more & got alot less than usual. The food was over cooked. I give credit where credit is do and giving a honest review is important to me. This time I was truly disappointed. I paid almost $30 for a large rib tips and I added a link. My food has never looked this skimpy.

The only way ANY organization/business/company can remain relevant is PEOPLE!! IT SHOULD NOT MATTER the location OR customer base you serve. The money I spent on the food I purchased was nothing short of a waste of resources. I purchased a large link/tip combo and I got 7tips😳😳.. My food was bland, the french fries were half cooked, paid for extra sauce. Didn't get it. It's sooo sad. It's like restaurants in predominantly black areas don't care how they serve their customers anymore. Regardless to what walk of life the customers come from. I’m from Tx and can Q so BBQ expectations was high. They met all of them. No cap, it taste like big mamas plate. Ordered the rib, wing, and link. Potato salad and baked beans. All on point, can’t wait to come back. If it’s a long line and wait time, gotta be worth it , and was! Chef’s kiss!
