We’ve been big fans of Fluffy Fluffy ever since our first bite at the Orlando location. Later, when they opened the Wynwood location, we kept going there whenever we craved their delicious soufflé pancakes and desserts. Now that the Doral location is even closer to our house, we were so excited to visit! The service was top notch from the moment we arrived. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The food was ok but I think is overpriced. We ordered Benedict eggs with waffles and we got it with pancakes, we ordered coffee with oat milk and the server came to ask that they run out of regular milk if it was ok to give us other so if they had regular milk they would gave us the coffee with regular milk. The decoration is very simple and the chairs I thought it was going ro break was very unstable.

Such a cute little spot for Japanese soufflé pancakes! The café has a bright, cozy atmosphere with adorable decor and a super aesthetic vibe. Everything looked beautiful and tasted just as good. The soufflé pancakes were incredibly soft, fluffy, and light, with the perfect amount of sweetness. The matcha cream and sauce paired so well with the fresh strawberries, and the matcha latte was delicious too. Definitely a great place for dessert, coffee, or a cute brunch date.
