Come to this location every single morning at 5am the sweetest people and always make the drinks right! I happen to be on the area and order a drink in the afternoon around 7:45pm-8pm a hispanic young girl and tall girl were the only ones in the shop and had no idea how to make a drink and i ask for a remake and all they did was shake it! Still tasting terrible like water and pumps of strawberry. Not at all what i asked for! Terrible service and terrible drinks made.

I stopped by the Dunkin’ Donuts adjacent to the BP gas station in Dunwoody for their after 1 PM deal—any medium drink for $3. It was the perfect evening pick meup, and I went with the Caramel Craze, which was crafted just right. They also had a nice assortment of fresh donuts available, so I grabbed a glazed and a strawberry frosted—both hit the spot. The team members were attentive, managing both the counter and drive-thru efficiently, and my order came out quickly. However, where this location fell short was cleanliness. Horrible horrible customer service and listening skills. I just left this place with my little sister and boyfriend and had the worst experience. My sister got a bacon egg and cheese croissant and they made her a sausage eggs and cheese croissant and then when she asked to remake it they said they didn’t have anymore eggs. I asked for an Oreo coffee chiller and they gave me a regular frozen coffee. I told them about their mistake and as I was telling an employee the cashier started rolling her eyes.
