We eat at Haciendas at least once a week and almost always order the same thing (#53 Fried Steak Quesadilla), which is why this experience was so frustrating. When my wife called in our order, the employee who answered the phone was very rude. He kept interrupting her, trying to finish what she was saying, and made the whole conversation unpleasant. When I picked up the food and got home, we realized our order was wrong. I returned to the restaurant and politely explained the situation, expecting the order to be corrected. Instead, the employee told me that my wife had ordered the wrong item

Alejandra is AMAZING, the food AMAZING!
