The chicken sandwich they advertise vs the one you actually get. They charge the same price for a cheaper quality chicken patty. I was told this cheaper patty was used for the crispy chicken jr (average priced at $2?) which they no longer sell but still purchase the patties for when they run out of the higher quality chicken breast. Stop misleading your customers, if you are out of the correct meat inform them so that they can choose to pay a high price for a low quality product or choose differently

Went to this Sonic to get lunch for myself & my coworkers. The order was for 4 people but payment was all together and that was including my order. As I was giving my order the girl snapped at me & says "ma'am you're going to have to slow down because youre going way too fast! "in a very rude & snarky tone. I paused for a second in disbelief that she spoke to me like that. I then told her she could have asked me nicely to slow down and that wouldn't be a problem at all. Ordered online and didn’t receive any sauce. When I asked for some marinara they said they had to charge for the sauce. I let them know we didn’t receive any with our cheese sticks. They said it wasn’t checked in the app, nothing popped up for it to be checked in the app???
