I was highly dissatisfied with my experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was disappointing. I greeted the cashier with “Good morning,” but she didn’t respond. Instead, she simply asked, “What can I get for you?” I greeted her a second time, and her tone remained unpleasant. I was placing a large order of smoothies for my coworkers as a way to thank them for all of their hard work. We love tropical smoothie and I went out of my way to go to this location because it USE to be a good one. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION! Our order was over $40 worth of food and for the limited amount of actual food on all of our items was ridiculous. There was a girl and a guy working and the guy is the one that made our food. There was just a few pieces of chicken on our 2 chicken bacon ranch flatbreads. We also got 2 peanut butter banana crunch flatbreads that suppose to have peanut butter, banana, granola & honey on them. There was no peanut butter on them! I hope the owner se
