Honestly, this location is consistently disappointing, but Saturday really was my last straw. I placed a mobile order for a medium iced coffee and a bagel toasted dark with butter. It’s common for them to forget the cold foam on my drink, which I usually don’t make a big deal about—I just politely let them know. This time, however, the young lady at the window was unnecessarily rude. She took my drink without saying anything, no apology or acknowledgment, and just added the cold foam and handed it back. If I could give no stars I would the guy at the drive this morning at 10:20 am was very rude and handed me my coffee very aggressively. There was coffee on the top of my cup and coffee at the bottom. I am not sure if this was a dirty cup, but I will not return. I will just go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in the Walmart. At least they are a little bit more nicer.

Clean and drive thru don’t take too long, but never consistent with inventory, poor customer service, and anyone in the drive thru notice you don’t leave a tip when paying with card instantly gives you an attitude and poor customer service. If they greeted with a smile and positive vibe and was consistent then maybe they will receive a “tip”

The two girlies at the window on 5/17 at around 11AM- Early 12PM were so kind, sadly this particular Dunkin was out of chocolate frosted donuts & the girls were so kind & reimbursing! Left a tip no regrets!
