I have been to the Krystals in Marietta by the Big Chicken and those guys are the cleanest best food. Now to this one . I order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit a meal..The person gives me the coffee only half way ! I say fill it up he tops it. I get my order and the biscuit is so hard it almost hurt my tooth! And to my surprise it only had bacon and cheese! I ended up leaving only eating my stale tots.Do not waste your time here. Last night my husband went to this location and when he brung the food home it was nasty, wet and soggy. I can't believe they sold someone this food. I threw the food away. Do better. Hire people who care about the job they do. There was no love poured into the food. Never will i come back to any of your locations.

If I could give a negative star I would. I just left there about 20 minutes ago. And I ordered a Krystal cheese & chili cheese fries with extra cheese if it wasn’t pouring down raining I definitely would’ve took it back & got a refund but the Krystal was so soggy & mushy like it got wet in the rain that I couldn’t even eat it. I had to stop at the racetrac to throw it away. The chili cheese fries weren’t even a kid size fries. They put it in the top of the container instead of the bottom & that wasn’t even full. It wasn’t even 20 fries in there, and they weren’t hot I ate 2 and ended up throwi
