My baby sister threw up on herself an they refused to let her use the bathroom to change really quick because they were cleaning it smh. It wouldn’t have taken longer than 2 minutes just to change her pants… she had to change outside in the rain in the open.

The air machine let air out of my tire instead of adding it. I went and told the manager and she said "I know but the air machine doesn't belong to us so...". Why do you have it at your station then and why isn't it shut off? Unbelievable lavk of accountability. I may never go to a racetrac again but certainly never this one. Thanks for the trip to the mechanic with not even an offer of a refund. Unbelievable.

The freezers where the drinks are is so disgusting, smells like literally something is dead under the drinks, im convinced there is. Don't buy ANYTHING until that NASTY SESSPOOL IS CLEANED UP. NEVER Smelled something SO HORRIBLE in my LIFE !!!

Was really annoyed that the inside was closed. They sell things that I can only get there, and I couldn't get them because a 24hr store was closed. 1/23/2026 2:50 am
