Stopped by just for a quick lunch where this employee happily greeted us. He made conversation, had great energy and just overall a great employee. I love when workers still try to make the best of it while working. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was wearing a green shirt so I’m assuming a manager. Either way, I had a great experience there today!

So we go here all the time and get same thing. Whoever the manager is that was there this morning Sunday May 31 let us order the breakfast platter with out telling us there was no gravy then when we got home to eat there was none had to go all the way back to get it fixed she was rude ignorant and threatened my boyfriend saying I got something for you and wonder why people are getting shot saying that was 20 minutes ago like ya because we went home and then checked the food on top of it we had no receipt so we couldn't even get our money back then said something about him having a fake eye lik

i dined in at this hardees location for dinner yesterday and by far the BEST customer service experience ever! the gentleman who helped us was so so kind and outgoing. if i knew his name i would add it but he needs to be a district manager! he was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. i fully recommend this location for dining in. the food was great as well

I think the manager took my order and you know the manager of an establishment can be a good indicator of many things. Even through the drive thru it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. The lady who gave me my food was kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Very genuine, prompt, and high quality customer service. I’ll be back!
