The customer service here is actually good considering it's a chain restaurant. We got the double classic burger with garlic fries and a cinnamon toast shake. The burger was good, one of the better chain burgers that I've had. However the fries were a let down as it was just garlic powder on the fries. And the shake was a complete failure, if it was called carmel shake it would have been better, because that's all it was was carmel and melted ice cream. I loved cinnamon toast crunch and was hoping for something in the ballpark. As a side note the reward program is cumbersome and does not work

The food here is amazing and the cashier/server was an absolute delight! This was my first visit yo ayback burgers and I was very confused about the inside out buns, but you cant argue with results. My boyfriend actually got the chicken blt, but i got a chicken Caesar and was surprised to admit how good they both were
