Worst experience ever. Stale fries like if they been sitting in the sun. I asked the Manager Marisela or Marisol. She walked away on me, then she ignored me, then she told me that she was not on the clock. Then turned her back and continued to write on a board. I believe if you’re a Manager of the store/restaurant you Manage the store/restaurant you are responsible while at that location. You should be at your best performance with the best customer service. Dont just turn around and ignore the customer. Specially when no sauces were provided, no napkins in the bag, wrong beverages were given

The quality of food being the same is what you can count on, and the location is in a good area. The day I went the last in the drive thru seemed kinda confused what was going and had me repeat my order 3 times.😅 She took a while as well coming to the speaker despite it being slow but she was very kind.

I've always appreciated this place. Its my go-to whenever I have a long or rough stay at Kaiser next door. We've had good luck with this location whether we eat in or order to go. And it's one of the few locations where the burger a actually looks pretty in person & not just on the ad 📸

Went there a few weeks ago on a Tuesday afternoon…I had trouble using my gift card with the app and wanted to see if I could get the same deal at the restaurant but the Hispanic manager with glasses kept being rude and unprofessional instead of suggesting a solution. Will never come back again.
