I've been wanting to try their pizza for years. We ordered the pastrami pizza 🍕 . It was an extra large and it was !! Taste was good and flavorful, they didn't skimp on the ingredients every bite was loaded. We also order a pitcher of beer and it was ice cold, which made the meal even tastier. Nothing better then a cold glass of beer and pizza. We were very happy with our meal and will be back to try other things on the menu.

So we tried this location twice in one week wanting to try the various options. I was both disappointed and pleased. The two timed we had the pizza, it was excellent. However what was not satisfactory was the free homemade bread (it looks amazing) but lacks flavor (not sure how they don't see this, I would rate it a 5 out of 10). Both the wife and I were also disappointed with the spaghetti with meatballs (both items lacked true italian flavor, not sure what type of meat is in the meatballs but it tasted like the bland flavor ones you can buy at a store, needs italian season, possibly needs

I ordered the vegetarian specialty pizza and it was very average. There was nothing exceptional about the crust, sauce, or cheese. All the veggies tasted like they came from a can. Domino's is better. I wouldn't order from here again.

I love this place! I used to come here for lunch when I worked in the area over 10 years ago and the quality is still the same! The food is delicious and consistent. My favorites besides the pizza have always been (still is) the chicken salad with extra cheese and the submarine sandwich (warm) yum! And the Italian dressing is still the same and so tasty. I wish I could doordash to Whittier. Love pina pizza!!
