This is mind-blowing painful as to how severely my order was messed up. I asked for a #8 (Original Chicken Sandwich, only mayo). I somehow got a double cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and pickles. Which is quite the jump. Despite my other two meal orders being a bacon double cheeseburger and 2 chicken wraps (a #3 and a #9) which would have mostly been accurate...had we gotten any of the fries with our meals. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line before even moving... 20 damn minutes to even get to the window to get a burger that I could make from scratch in less time... is this not for convenience? You would think that the drive-thru window would move fast, perhaps? Plus, there is no way to leave the drive-thru lane unless you pop the curb. this is the worst Burger King I've ever been to I will not be coming back ever again not to mention the food sucks But even the wait time is terrible. It seemed a bit understaffed or maybe the staff was just overworked. I may have just arrived at an extremely busy time. The wait wasn't awful and I could see the staff multitasking, handling drive thru, walk ins and filling online orders. Everyone seemed to be working full out so I have to reason to gripe about the time it took to get my order. Anyway, the food lived up to expectations so any perceived wait was soon forgotten. I'll remain a steady customer.
