Came here for one of our daughter's birthdays. It is a very nice environment; the staff was great, friendly, and gave us a great seating arrangement. The food was fresh, delicious, and very scrumptious; we enjoyed all of it. I didn't hear one of the kids complain about anything. We had a great time. Make sure you check this place out. Oh, and the drinks were strong and inexpensive.

I grew up going to the Lo Kai with my family. I remember when the entire restaurant was jammed up and the parking lot was full. Not sure what happened but it's very sad to see this place in decline. Came here on a Friday night and they had one server working the entire dining room, service was terrible. Mai Tai's from the bar were gross. Food was mediocre. I think staffing is their biggest issue at the moment. I hope the Lo Kai can improve soon! Update Dec 2024: The food has really improved since our last visit. Great service from the bartender.

Came here with family and i was sick for hours later. The drink was okay, but the food was awful. Overly fried, the oil tasted off, then on the way out i saw behind the bar, it was FILTHY, looked like there was mold, etc. Four hours later i was puking up my drink and my meal. Absolutely disgusted, and won't be returning.

NEVER AGAIN!! I went with my in laws to get some Chinese food and noticed that everything was extremely sketchy. Once we got our drinks and an apple juice we decided we did not want to get anything since the service was terrible. We asked for the check and they never came back so we decided to pay in the front and they just grabbed my card and told me to sign. Extremely suspicious so once I checked the receipt they charged us $43 for 4 cokes and an apple juice. Be careful and keep your eyes open for any schemes they might try on you. Never again for me and my family.
