I eat at Aubergine weekly, usually multiple times. (Farmington is the best one) Got lunch today and the meat was barely cooked. I like a medium steak but this was just raw. Farmington sets the bar high but Herriman and Draper don’t quite make the cut. For $20 I expect a decently sized (another issue when buying to-go) and well prepared meal.

I’ve been to many Aubergine Kitchens a total of of 7-8 times, but may not go back. Today I ordered the Teri chicken bowl. I was told they were out of the Teri sauce. Update 5/9/26 Returned 3 months later and sadly, was highly disappointed. Having to eat Pepcid to get down a "healthy meal" wasn't exactly in my plan today but that's a what happened. I ordered the same bowl I have in the past and it was so incredibly salty and hot (I'm assuming white pepper) that I had to take it back. The cook kept telling me he could make it again but it would taste the same and to choose something else.
