I’m sorry I’ve worked fact food, and managed food. It’s absolutely not that hard. If your team can’t get the B simple stuff what’s going to happen when a problem occurs. I mentioned to Benjamin that the last time, in Lindon/Lehi, there was NO chicken in my soup. He mentioned that there would be chicken in this bowl. Well, Ben and Team, there was one speck of chicken in this bowl. Chick-filet, you pride yourself on customer service. If a patron tells you about a bad experience, I'd think youd want to go above and beyond. Well, it appears that a $9 bowl of beans is all you'll get from Chick-filet these days. So long! Im out and will not

I honestly assumed it was just overrated. Tonight, though, I walked in with two toddlers after a long day and a weekend of daddy being out of town. My only goal was to get the kids to eat a few bites of dinner and somehow survive the last hour before bedtime. One toddler had fallen asleep in the car and was completely passed out on my shoulder.
