My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich with oxtail cabbage, and I got the oxtail, ribs, mac and cheese, and beans. Full transparency: I’d never had oxtail before. I also didn’t realize it apparently comes floating in its own private lake of grease. The meat did fall apart nicely though… so I’ll give credit where it’s due. The ribs? Decent but slightly chewy tough. Not the good BBQ chew either—more like “hope your dental insurance is current.” The s

The flavor was unreal and tasted like real Texas barbecue done right. The mac and cheese was fire, the portions were generous, and the price was absolutely reasonable. Customer service was on point from start to finish. I ordered a two-meat plate, was completely stuffed, and still had enough to take home for dinner. The only thing I could even remotely say as feedback is I wish there was Texas-style corn or cornbread

Two girls shared the 2 meat plate and we were still so full, definitely great value for the price. They even gave us free banana pudding for dessert, which was such a nice surprise. Highly recommend!

Did their special 2-2 meat plates for $35 and you did it not disappoint!! Everything was flavor town and loved it. 1st plate was Oxtails and ribs with dirty rice and potato salad. 2nd plate was brisket and chicken with Mac and cheese and bbq beans! Everything was excellent, and it came with drinks. Definitely can’t wait to come back
