I ordered a couple of cheeseburgers without pickles and extra onions. I got a ton of pickles and no onion. I took them back in now I have a shitload of ketchup. I didnt need the Fn bottle on them. Do they know how to do their jobs or even care?

I never NEVER leave reviews I ordered my food on the app 30 minutes in advance got lost on my way to the location which added more time, when I got there my order wasn’t ready. Cool no problem I can wait. I have been waiting for an additional 30 minutes I can visibly see the staff in the back talking. The store is empty I’ve triple checked that it wasn’t an issue on my end and I nobody came or noticed me standing at the counter or trying to get peoples attention to maybe ask if I did something wrong. I’m still sitting in the store, my order says it went through it’s been a total of an hour and

The positives: The employees are very kind and I’ve only had good experiences with them. The service is ridiculously fast. One time I put in two separate orders on the kiosk and my first order was ready before I even ordered the second item. The negatives: Your order will be wrong 75% of the time, so it’s a good thing the employees are kind and willing to fix it. I’m not even exaggerating. Your order will almost always be wrong. I am an uber driver and this is the worst McDonalds when it comes to late night orders iv been here 3 times already and run into the same issue with the staff here understand the menu changes at 4am I arrived at 3:30 and there are plenty of other chains who still serve the order to me on top of that the staff decided to catch an attitude then laugh at me because I was asking how is it possible to turn people away so early long story short if you can’t learn to respect the People who pay for you to get paid don’t work in a customer service based company wasting peoples time then Laughing at the
