I know you just reopen. I want you to know that my husband ordered at the kiosk but I was little bit disappointed because it was supposed to be no ketchup but when I checked it there was. I understand that how busy you are but please check it or make sure sandwich maker should do it right . Just lucky I'm not allergic with ketchup and I don't want to happen to other customers. This used to be favorite Burger King in all of Tucson. I was excited for them to re-open. Since they have re-opened I have had nothing but problems with them, these issues weren't terrible enough to never come back. After today I will never visit this location again. Hello! I dont usually make reviews but this time ordering really frustrated my husband and I. We had placed two pick up orders (one I had placed, one my husband placed) annnndd of course i forget to check our stuff until we are in the car. The icecream cone my husband ordered was a bit small but that wasn't the main issue, it was what I placed. They did not add the extra toppings i paid for on my burger, nor did they take off some of the toppings I removed on my order.
