Ordered 2 milkshakes, the turned out to be a lot more milk then ice cream. They were super thin, found the whipped topping to be the thickest part. I feel if I am going to spend $21 on milkshakes they should be thick, loaded with ice cream and have strong flavor. I would have been more satisfied going to DQ for their dairy desert with the artificial ingredients then the supposed real in Cold Stone.

The two girls behind the counter were more interested in goofing off with and handing out taste samples of every flavor in the case to their four friends by who came into the store as customers. After a ten minute wait for either of them to even acknowledge us, we left and went to Baskin-Robins . Lost sale.

Francisco was super kind, patient and helpfull. Beat customer service I've had in a while. Usually not everyone is friendly and he was. We asked for samples of different flavors and he never gave an attitude like other people tend to do and he was extra nice to my daughter too. This place needs more people like him.

Maybe get rid of the tip system on the machine asking customers to tip while the cashier/scooper is not even acknowledging customers at all but busy talking negatively and explaining why she doesn’t understand why a new girl was hired because “we don’t need anyone else, we already have a clique here”. I still tipped but damn lame service. Ice cream was nice and flat.
