Horrible customer service i ordered a foot long ham and cheese, and my friend got the 6', avocado and grilled chicken they all look so miserable except the cashier he was polite, the other 2 got mad because I asked for my sandwich to be extra toasted well the girl got mad because they had to keep putting it in oven, then I wanted extra spinach i wanted it stuffed but she didn't want to then she got more mad because she had to turn around to get more out of frig. Every time we come to this location the customer service just keeps getting worse.. now look at this does it look stuffed with spinac

Customer service is bad. Attitude from the making of the subway all the way to the register. Last night the girl that made our food had such a bad attitude with eye rolling especially when asking for her to add extra meat. She acted like she was paying for my sub. Please hire people that want to be there and everyone has a bad attitude. I go there often due to location. I've only had one good experience with staff.

Beware, This Subway: Does not disclose to you or signs posted disclosing they will automatically add a tip to your bill. I heard establishment are automatically adding tips to your bill and not disclosing it. I guess I will have to ask each time when eating out. Further the female sandwich maker had attitude. Not going thier again!

I was disappointed to learn that this Subway location does not provide water cups to customers. With temperatures over 100°F in Arizona, denying customers access to a simple cup of water is frustrating and feels inconsiderate. I’m a paying customer, and I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. In extreme heat, access to water should be a basic courtesy. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope management reconsiders this policy for the health and comfort of their customers.
