Walked through the door and 1 customer was being waited on and the other one was putting cheese on loaves of bread. Did not even look up at us and did 3 more trays of bread. Not acceptable. We left! 12/30/25 Dodge St location. At that store the customer comes LAST!

I don't know if the worker who made my sandwiches was just having a bad day or if they thought this was a good idea but they put so much pepper on my two sandwiches they were physically unable to be eaten. I tried wiping the pepper off and it just ended up destroying my sandwich because the pepper coated everything, not a great experience

The picture is the bathroom. The light doesn't work, feminine hygiene products all over the floor, and the smell was overwhelming. I have a severe gluten and lactose allergy and we asked them to change gloves for my sandwich but they didn't. I was so sick I missed work the next day. If you have ANY other options to eat take it. This place is horrible.

Me and my boyfriend went in to get two footlongs and she said they didn’t have what I wanted when I can clearly see they had it in the back the worker was lazy. Didn’t make my order right and decide she was gonna take the card out of the reader and walk away with it! Never really had a problem here but this is the worst I have ever had!
