Foods alright. Normal for taco bell. Employees are always distant and some of them are rather rude. Never got names due to going to the drive throughs. I excused it the first few times, but it seems like bad customer service is rather consistent in both dubuque taco bell locations (locust much much worse than hillcrest). I understand being stressed and upset with some requests and actions customers make, but it should never be "what do you want", scoffs, or completely BAD attitude. Y'all should really have a come-to-jesus team meeting here soon about how employees communicate with customers.

This Taco Bell used to be my favorite for late night food when my husband used to be on second shift. He moved to first for a while so we didn’t eat there a ton as there were other options but recently he went back to second shift. When I say this Taco Bell is the worst most incompetent crew I’ve ever had to deal with I mean they can’t even handle the most basic order. We did an online order recently that was a two box deals. Nothing special. We pull up after waiting 45 mins in line they rudely just say “what” when we pull up to the speaker. I tell them we have a mobile order and she tells me

Took an hr for my food to get made when I placed an order online... My poor door dasher sat there and waited for at least 25 min. Love the tracking system, but I'm definitely not ordering from this location again. For a place that has to rehydrated majority of its food... Not even making anything from scratch I can't understand why it would be necessary to take an hr to complete an order... Disappointing and comical timing for a place that calls the self "fast" food.

Mother hates taco bell and tired to go on a family trip. This Taco bell drove thru line was long and no movement. We tried to go inside. The doors were locked and the worker laughed along with 3 non-workers and continued to yell through the glass door that the inside was closed (clearly not because non-workers were inside). We changed to the Burger king next door who nicely served us 3 min before their close time. We watched as thr taco bell line continued to not move.
