So, we decided to meet up at Cafesano one Friday evening. When I first entered Cafesano, the atmosphere was very lively, yet intimate. After locating my friend, we discussed her recommended dishes since she frequented Cafesano. She eventually stated that I wouldn’t be disappointed with the skewers, so, I decided to commit to the Steak and Shrimp Skewers. Unlike typical fast-food restaurants, this place had a more comfortable interior and friendly staff. With the help of the friendly staff, we chose our menu and placed our order. We had almost forgotten that it was a fast-food restaurant. However, we were disappointed when the food arrived. The chicken pesto sandwich had a very dry texture, both the chicken and the bread, making it difficult to enjoy the taste.

We’ve been here twice while in the Dulles area, and both visits were excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything we ordered was genuinely delicious. We tried different dishes each time, and every plate was well-prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and very welcoming — a great place to sit down and enjoy a really good meal. I ordered a coffee and Baklava, and the coffee cup was basically empty not even half way full. Didn’t notice until I left very disappointed. That’s unacceptable for a paid drink. The quality control here needs improvement.
