Was stuck in the drive through for over 15 min, got half my order and was told to pull forward for the rest. I ended up never getting it. Waiter over 30 min for a burger they said would take 4 min. Saw 6 cars leave behind we with all their food and no one ever came to my car. Went inside to try to see how my order was doing and that the 4 min has now been way over. Staff do not acknowledge you they ignore you. All busy but completely rude and unprofessional, never going to this place again. Didn’t even get all my food. This place should be shut down.

Sat in the drive thru for (no exaggeration) 20 minutes before giving up and driving off without my food (that I had paid for). If you’re looking for some fast food, you’re better off going to Burger King next door, since this place seems incapable of getting your food out in any sort of timely way (the wait would have been long for a sit down restaurant, let alone a McDonald’s!).

First Lady was a sweet girl she could not figure out the problem with the mobile app so she grabbed the Manager to help . In which, manager was highly rude because she didn’t know what to do either. She then got the “owner” and being he couldn’t figure it out either he told me to call McDonalds and figure it out myself or wait 15 minutes and then slammed the window in our face.

Please save yourself the time of going to this place. The workers are rude, unsanitary, and swearing at customers and my 13 year old sister. You all might think i’m being dramatic but there is so reason to be talking that way to someone you haven’t met in your entire life. I promise you that it was not busy enough in that place for those workers to be acting like that. I understand how it feels working it customer service, but I would never think to talk to a customer, let alone a child, in that manner. sorry if your day was bad but next time don’t take it out on a couple kids.
