Omg, this restaurant is so amazing! The portions are generous. Very generous. The rib eye was delicious, but had a little too much silver skin. The calamari was weird. It looked like fish sticks, and not the octopus I'm used to. The salads were perfect. The dessert was sweet and big enough for 2, maybe 4? The Old Fashioned was STRONG! I will eat there again. The food was delicious and the portions were perfectly gluttonous! Thank you for the experience.

We ate in the pub area, booth was spacious enough for 6 and had a small TV in each, atmosphere was really fun and lively, dining room was definitely more intimate and quiet. Our server Zoe was absolutely phenomenal, great recommendations and incredibly swift with bringing our drinks, refilling water and checking in on if we needed anything additional. Food was terrific, menu was quite large with lots of options for all dietary preferences. Next time I'm coming back for a steak, it was cool to be able to watch them cook the steaks on the open charcoal pit!

Parking is a bit tight on the weekends. Dinning area is aright for a place like Duluth. Not premium but at least it’s clean. Food from the grill was great. We got the 8oz fillet steak and jack Daniel’s pork chop. The steak was very good. It had a crispy layer of saltiness on it. The chop was sweet which I’m guessing was from the jack Daniel. It’s a regular chop not a rib chop. The steak was good for the cut, it’s not a fillet mignon so don’t expect that flavor but it still had a good steak flavor and was tender. Great historic atmosphere. A nice look at Lake Superior as well. We were very pleasantly greeted immediately on our arrival to the dining room. Our meal was good , I had a steak perfectly done and my wife had the fish also very good. We shared a large dessert to top off a very good lunch experience! We also enjoyed looking at the imagery on the walls of the hallways of the history of the restaurant!
