Service was little slow… Appetizer came out after the food We told them we haven’t got appetizer after we’ve got food and they said nothing and brought it like 5min later. I saw others getting appetizer pretty quick (same appetizer menu). The food was good but I would say a little overpriced. I don’t know the meat supposed to be thin or not but it was good 😊

Delicious, very flavorful. Will definitely return here. Only negative is that it’s not a particularly pretty environment, you wouldn’t think of it for a date night or to go out to with friends. Lots of vegetarian options.

Vietnam One is the most consistent Vietnamese restaurant in Richmond. We can depend on the appetizer platter being varied and delicious and the entrees are always top notch. In a location that looks like a cafeteria the food is the attraction- plentiful and flavorful! We go to Vietnam One often and have never had a bad meal. My favorite is the Barbecue Pork on Broken Rice, my husband prefers the Pho but everything we've tried has been good.

The food here is great! The staff are so kind you'd forget you're only strangers/acquaintances. They give plenty boba instead of cutting corners. The "main area" or where you dine (not sure what its called) is very clean, only the bathrooms look a bit aged. The restaurant is never crowded, usually only like 5 occupied tables is the busiest ive seen and so the noise level is very low but not silent and the place is very breathable. I'm not into Viet food, but this is still my go-to
