Hello I came to dairy queen on main in Duncanville, tx on Saturday Jan 31, 2026 at 705pm. The young lady who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. She stated her name was Armani. I ordered nachos with peppers, ground meat and sour cream. I asked her in the beginning were they able to add these items and she said yes? On Sat 01/10/2026, I had an experience at this fast-food establishment that I would like to address. After completing my shift at work, I placed an order through the drive-thru for the $7 deal with an additional patty. A young black female employee asked me to move to the front to wait for my order. After approximately 15 minutes, the employee brought my order to me; however, when I inquired about the missing items, specifically a drink and a sundae, her response was less than courteous. Went on 5/16/26 and got a chocolate brownie blizzard. I waited 30 minutes and had ordered a medium. The lady came out to my table with an overflowing small cup with dripping ice cream. I later asked why it was made with vanilla ice cream because the chocolate brownie blizzard is made with chocolate ice cream. I was told they were out or didn’t carry chocolate ice cream… I asked why it was a drippy mess in a small cup and apparently they were out of medium cups. Absolutely a disorganized mess. If you don’t carry chocolate ice cream- why list menu items with it? Or why not tell customer upfront

I would like to give a compliment first, the sistas at the location can cook, what I ordered tasted very good. Were they very friendly, wellll they tried, working at fast food is not easy. If management is reading this please do what you can maybe increase the pay and do some customer service training. Was my order wrong yes but it came out good. I don't want to leave a bad review because the work atmosphere did seem a little hectic and the restaurant was almost out of everything I asked for which might be a little frustrating for them but they did the best they could.
