I always love stopping by cocoa cinnamon when i’m in durham. I love all the outdoor seating they have because i love to bring my dog! I ordered inside and got a guadalajara hot chocolate and loop churro and it was perfect for a cool fall morning. Everything came out in about 10 mins. There was also plenty of indoor seating as well

I’ve been going to Cocoa Cinnamon for years. This location is my favorite study/work spot. The drinks are on the more expensive side if you compare it to an average coffee shop, but the drink quality, consistency l, and ease of finding a place to sit make it worth it. Solid coffees and matcha, a selection of caffeinated and non caffeinated teas, as well as some very creative original drinks. The pastries are local and delicious, as are the churros, though all very glutinous. They used to have gluten-free balls for sale, but haven’t had them in a while (= the only reason I gave food 4 stars).
