I stop by semi-regularly as it's nearby and I've never had a bad experience, but I've never had a stellar experience. The espresso is fine but the flavor profile is more akin to a national chain coffee shop than a micro roaster, which may disappoint some people, and the service is all over the place. Some baristas are super friendly and chatty and other times you won't even get a greeting, just a hollow stare. Personally my service has always been very fast, but I've never ordered from the kitchen and my drink is simple.

Favorite coffee shop in Durham with the best drip coffee and wonderful crafted drinks + great tasting affordable food. Not pretentious, but high quality. We also love that they’re dog friendly and their catering options are awesome. Always on time, always kind, always delish.

I went on a Saturday after farmers market and regretted choosing to have coffee here, especially with so many other options around. I’m not exaggerating when I say it took forever to get our coffees (the owner should really consider investing in more machines). The wait wasn’t even the worst part, the taste of the coffee was terrible. We ordered a chai latte (horrible), a mocha (horrible), and a latte (it was okay). I don’t recommend getting anything here.

Nice place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and a bit of breakfast. We had the Mexican Mochi and a waffle 🧇. Both were delicious. Friendly staff and parking validation make this a go to spot for us.
