Bruegger's Bagels had a great variety of sweet and savory bagel options. The bagels were soft and tasty. The double stack bagel sandwich was delicious! We enjoyed our first time at this restaurant. The brunch box looks like a great option for a variety of bagels, muffins and cheesy potatoes too. If you are looking for gluten free, there isn't a gluten free bagel. The cheesy potatoes are the only thing gf on the menu. It's tasty, yet a bit small. A quick coffee is available. If you prefer a different drink, even water, you can walk over to the Caribou Coffee which is connected internally. Ca

We love coming to visit the Eagan Bruegger’s because Kenzie always has a friendly smile and greets us. We also love Angie and the new GM Ashley. The people here take the time to learn our order and ask about our day. They are so kind and friendly. The store is clean and we are grateful for this great stop in the day. It is a huge plus it shares a door with Caribou coffee. Stop in for a better day, any day.

Been going to this place for a while now and I love their food. But since new management and employees have came in I’ve noticed a severe lack of communication. Orders are wrong for multiple customers, people are standing here for over 10 minutes for 1 or 2 items. When Peter was working here things seemed to be ran so much better and he was very nice to all customers and I never waited for my order longer then 5-7 minutes. There’s no positivity in this place anymore either. Staff seems exhausted and frustrated all no system put in place. I hope it will get better sooner than later!!!

How can a place with such good bagels, operate so poorly? Waited in store for 40 minutes for 2 bagels today. Service is consistently slow, in my experience. They need to find a better system of completing online orders, while yet providing fast counter service to customers actually in front of them. The cashiers shouldn't also be preparing specialty coffee orders. Complete chaos! Sorry, but true. And the order was wrong!
