I ordered a Big Arch through the McDonald’s app and asked to add bacon, which I was charged $2.39 for. When I checked the burger, it didn’t have the bacon I paid for, and it also had tomato, even though the Big Arch is not supposed to come with tomato.

My husband bought three cheeseburgers for my lunch, and I just found a woman's hair (looks like a red hair) inside my sandwich! That is disgusting! I will never buy ANYTHING from this location again!I only gave it one star because I can't post without a rating, this establishment doesn't deserve any stars!

Want your drive-through order taken in a timely manner and get what you ordered? You're at the wrong McDonalds. This is the one where the people with the head sets on are too busy doing other things to get around to you and actually listen to what you are saying. Or like the last guy, just barks "okay, you're good" without putting it on the screen and I get the wrong food. I live a half-mile from this place and I've stopped going there because I'm done with driving away to find that what they've given me isn't what I ordered.
