This was my first time visiting this Mediterranean restaurant, and I ordered the chicken tawook. The food itself was reasonably good; however, the customer service left a very negative impression. While I was there, the employee at the front desk had a lengthy argument in Arabic with a customer who was picking up her order. She appeared dissatisfied with a couple of items, but her concerns were not handled professionally, and she ultimately left upset. In my opinion, customer service plays a significant role in the overall dining experience. Even with decent food, poor service can make it di
