If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered delivery through the Wingstop app, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. After waiting over three hours, I kept wondering why every Dasher assigned to my order kept dropping it. I called the store more than 15 times and got no answer. When someone finally picked up, they told me they couldn't find my order in the system. That made no sense because the app showed the correct location, and every Dasher was being sent to the same address. After putting me on hold, they suddenly found my order in the system. If you want to be treated rudely and called crazy and stupid then go here, placed an order for pick up at 5:30 and had to wait till 9 to get the wings , and on top of waiting all that time for the wings this gentleman Julio decided to call me crazy and stupid and some more in Spanish thinking I was going to understand what he was saying. And when I asked the manager for his name he refused to provide his name and the employees name until he got “permission “ . Worst experience ever stay away from this wing stop location
