Went thru drive thru at 4pm. Asked for an ice coffee. They responded with they don’t have any they need to brew it then cool it down. Then said it’s done but needs to cool down (don’t you just pour it on ice??) then I asked for a dozen chocolate donuts with sprinkles. He said we don’t have any. I said okay let me just get a dozen chocolate. He said we don’t have any of those either. I said so you don’t have coffee or donuts here? He said well sir it’s 4 o’clock. This is still 3 hours before they close and they don’t have any product to sell…

Worst dunkin location ever...whenever you order something it's always "we can make it this way" instead of giving your money back. I paid for a latte today $7.08 - i was told they didn't have the ingredients to make it, but they can do it another way.....it was disgusting. Why not just offer refunds when y'all don't have the correct ingredients to make items. Coffee orders are never right. What is the issue seriously?????

I do not like leaving bad reviews but after a few bad visits here I am writing this review. The workers here do not have good customer service. Today I went inside to order and there was a doordasher there waiting. The worker looked at me and ignored me.. After waiting 10 mins one finally took my order. I ordered a donut which I pointed to and clearly stated glaze donut and the worker gave me a different donut that was no where near the one I pointed to. Then I ordered a croissant and was given a bagel. I clearly stated croissant. Then I over heard the workers talking bad about the doordasher

Been to this location quite a few times, the coffee is good the donuts, not plenty, but there. I want to specify that this should not go against the employees but management/owner(s). If there are more than 2 cars in the drive through, give up and go somewhere else you will be there for 15+ minutes before you order. As others have noted even if you walk in there is a good chance the staff will under staffed and prioritizing drive through. I truly feel for the dedicated staff that do their best at this location.
