Dine-in section is classy with an “old” Italian charm. The food is fantastic! Classic Italian dishes like lasagna, wood fire pizzas and pastas. Take-out section is cash only, your pizza is ready in 10 minutes. The pizza guys are super busy and working fast so just pay and pick up once your order is called. Have cash in hand. The pizza’s are delicious no doubt about that, classic NYC thin crust. Try the vodka pizza sauce with fresh mozzarella and prosciutto.

I go to Patsy’s basically every week. For the price, you legit can’t find a better slice in the city. Sorry dollar (50) slices. With that said, here are my other comments. 1) If you go it’s CASH ONLY. There’s a reason it’s been in business for longer than you’ve been alive. 2) If you only have card, my suggestion is uber eats. You can pay and pick up or just pay and deliver even if you live close by. 3) Eat it fresh and hot. Pizza is good but not the best, now the two guys making and selling the pizza are horrible.... I got there and asked if the pizza was hot the guy with the white hat says no there warm!! So I ask can I have 3 hot slices please, he says got to wait twenty minutes and walks away with an attitude, then mumbles to the other worker in Spanish ,he can stand there till whenever we give it to him, and the other worker laughs....
