Charged a predatory $.75 for additional swirl. Never asked for extra, not would have agreed to it. Conveniently tacked on the $6 meal deal with a medium drink. Since they can't do a half of a pump. So I'm sure they've pulled the wool over so many customers eyes on this bogus predatory charge. Corporate was informed about this business practice and said they would be talking with the franchisee.

They never use gloves here didn’t see anyone wash their hands the environment is nasty it looks like they don’t clean it at all. They will get maybe 25% of your order right, if that. Always way too much or not enough of something, always forget stuff, etc. Corporate needs to get this place under control!

The hot chocolate sucks here!!!!!! This is the 3rd time I have gotten it at this location and it's awful since the employees have to hand make it. Every other location it's great. I always get it for my daughter and me. Please fix this. I hate to drive an extra 10 minutes to another location and will change review.

Tried this place today and hell no they are so lazy and got my daughter's order wrong because they were to busy talk and messing around instead of actually working.
