It appears that Kristin, the manager at Pizza Hut in Moline, could benefit from additional training on customer interaction. My mother, who works with Door Dash and has a disability, was sent to collect an order. Following a 10-minute wait, she inquired about the order's status so she could notify the customer, given the importance of timely delivery. Instead of a courteous response, Kristin spoke rudely, made negative comments about my mother to a colleague, and threatened to bar her from the store. Kristin's statement that my mother's job was simply to just sit there and wait for the order.

Food is always fresh, and every delivery person I've encountered has always gone above and beyond! Even when I've had to call in to place an order very professional and friendly. We don't order pizza from anywhere else!🥰 thank you all for all you do.

I’d first like to say the professionalism of the delivery driver for my order on 9/9/25 was fantastic. However, the food was very mediocre compared to what we would usually get from this location. Our pizzas seemed very dry and overcooked. We felt there was very little sauce this time as well. Sad to say we were very disappointed with our order this time.

Ordered online, and I didn’t receive an email receipt or anything. Called the store to get an update on my pizza since the website still said “preparing” after the 8:08-8:18p delivery time had passed. They said it was on the way so finally got my order 8:37pm and then it’s wrong! We called and the employees argued with my fiancé about it and refused to refund their mistake and cussed at my fiancé.
