Dearest Dunkin on Stenton, we have loved you for almost four years now since moving into the area. I often DoorDash coffee in the morning because I don’t have the time to wait in the long lines that form inside and in the drive thru. The coffee is good, and the food is always well prepared. But, I do need to know how you expect me to drink my iced coffee in the car on the way to work without a straw? Every time I order, the iced coffee shows up, no straw. Never a straw. Then, I have to take the lid off to drink it and the unforgivable potholes on 309 mean that I mostly end up wearing the coffe

I literally just came fro this Dunkin’ Donuts My son wanted me to bring home his favorite Boston creme donuts so I proceeded to this location since I was nearby a friend’s house so I get in line I ordered two Boston creme donuts and a cup of munkins I only wanted glazed and chocolate so I proceeded to the window and this guy says 5.98 I gave him my money he was on his phone the whole time so maybe that’s how my order got messed up I got my stuff and drove off. I stopped by this location to pick up a few items for Easter breakfast. Since I don’t usually go to Dunkin, I simply asked what kinds of donuts they had available. The employee replied, “the ones we always have,” then let out a heavy sigh and began listing the flavors in an irritated tone. At that point I decided to leave. I’m not willing to spend money somewhere that treats customers like that. I’ll gladly pay a little more and go somewhere like Federal Donuts or Duck Donuts instead.
