They are under new management and the new owner is turning this place around especially from what I'm reading in the reviews. 10/10 Recommend. I got the Shrimp basket with fries, Garlic Knots, and the pierogies. I wanted to try more things but I knew I would come back. Everything was fried to perfection. My only suggestion is the Garlic Knots were so good I wish they were bigger. The service was great also. I ate inside and the tables were cute and clean. The atmosphere was amazing. The people working were sweet and knew what was in their food. I will definitely be back.

I have been ordering from Joe's since I was a baby in my mom's womb(20 years) but recently had a negative experience. I ordered a pizza for delivery and this was the result. Usually we love the pizza. We called back for remake or refund and I was asked to take a picture and send it to him. No response so I called back asking what he was gonna do. He had the audacity to tell me "it's not that bad , half off next time" . I said "no, it is that bad cause we're not going to eat it.
