Valerie Powell★So the days of walking in and actually having a "hot and ready" ready are over. This place never has any pizzas up. You need to wait no matter what. The staff has their mouths hanging open and have no clue what customer service is. Today, after waiting because why not, I finally got a pizza that was so soggy you couldn't even cut it. I love the Little Caesers Pizza of old. I despise this mismanaged pizza chain that never has enough staff, serves mediocre food at best with crappy service This place sucks, but it is still better than the one on Hoover in Warren. SMH.
