I ordered Orange & Sesame Chicken. Both were very disappointing. All pieces of "chikin" were 90% white paste with tiny shreds of meat.

Today Walking in the customer service was no friendly at all. Just a lady walking to the counter saying how can i help you. Kinda felt rushed. But she did her job. The food was hot and steaming. We ordered in person. Its pretty chilly inside the waiting area today. Our First time trying this place. I swear the order was ready in 10 mins or less. I was surprised. It didn't taste like much though. Like, no flavor. I had the tso chicken & my spouse had the blackened. It was $21.something... The chicken was mushy. No type of crunch at all. My baby didn't like it. We read reviews after trying this

Live roach crawling past squished roach in the lobby. Unswept, dirty floors. Wontons in soup taste rancid. Very poor taste. Lo Mein was given with a tiny, tiny noodle, NOT lo mein noodles. Overall a terrible experience except for nice conversation with another of their victims (oops, i mean customer). AVOID!!! If live roaches crawling across the dining room, wonder how the kitchen looks. Or how much they care about sanitation. Or food safety. Or Health Codes.

food was obnoxiously pissing me off. terrible. i paid $36 for grose food. never get food from this place. it’s dirty. the food is filthy. i ordered orange chicken and half of the chicken was in sauce.
