Young man taking orders was polite. His coworker another young person wasn't. I told her my order while looking at 2 bags that had been sitting there a few minutes. She says" We're still waiting." Young man asks what's happening I get 2 of the bags. Fries are half of them burnt have to ask for new fries. The young lady was also half working the drive thru terrible attitude. While we were here eating we saw them get several orders wrong and peiple complaining.

Out dashing for over 5 hours. Picking up a dash order. Go inside to use the restroom and they say you have to purchase something to be able to use the restroom. I am 46 years old and do not need to be having an accident on myself. I told them I do not want anything from them. I pissed off went on and paid a dollar at White Castles store number 040013. White Castle has a contract with Door Dash. The order the dasher is picking up has a receipt which probably has a code on it. There is no HUMAN way if you have a contract with Door dash which everyone with the door dash company has had a backgrou

Got in line at 12 didn’t get on the road until 1am. The night staff at this location needs to be replaced. My cheese stick had no cheese and cheese wasn’t melted on most of the burgers 😒

Always loved white Castle from time to time! Not a bad location, for Fast food service's and polite workers never had any bad mishaps there ! Over all I give it a 5 from 1 being the worst and 5 being the best of rate a #5 star for the location and services here!
