Had a cake ordered for next day pickup around 7pm when I got off work. It came out terrible, completely unacceptable. I showed the bakery attendant and cake decorator a reference photo of a previous cake that was done at the same store/bakery, they also had me email the photo to the bakery department for reference AND I received a phone call this morning to clarify details of the cake.
